RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be received 30 days in advance to be issued a full refund minus a $20 transaction fee. Any cancellations within 30 days of check in will result in NO REFUND.
NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.
Rentals of 30 days or more require 1st month + fees up front to reserve. Any reservation 30 days or more will require a 60-day termination notice to receive full refund minus a $20 processing fee.
Due to high demand From November through March, no refunds will be issued for any cancellation.
